We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services as described in your service agreement. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as search engine results are influenced by many factors outside our control.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

4. Payment Terms

Late Payments

Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all SEO strategies, reports, and deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. General methodologies and tools remain our property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies and plans
• Customer data and analytics
• Technical specifications and methods
• Financial information

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranties

We warrant that:

• We will perform Services with reasonable care and skill
• Our Services will substantially conform to their description
• We have the right to provide the Services

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• Search engine algorithms will not change

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. For subscription services, termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion with 30 days' notice

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Dispute Resolution
